1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after your order is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected:

    • Local (Hong Kong): [1–3 business days]

    • Asia: [3–7 business days]

    • International: [7–14 business days]

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or external courier issues.

3. Shipping Providers

We work with reliable courier partners such as:

  • SF Express

  • Hongkong Post

  • DHL / FedEx (for international orders)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • AMPS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).

6. Damages or Lost Items

  • AMPS is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for a manual shipping quote.

  • Delivery times and costs vary by location and customs policies.
